Don't allow anyone to spend the holidays alone.

Every year the holidays toward the end of the year can be overwhelming when you have lost loved ones.  How do you deal with feeling alone? How do you cope with missing loved ones that have gone home to heaven?  It's going to be important that you don't spend the holidays alone.  This is the time of the year that friends and family should be reaching out to one another to spend time together.  This will help eliminate the feeling of loneliness and being depressed and lost because someone close to you is no longer with you.

Around this time of the year, it's important to help those who experience suicidal thoughts, and fall into a depressed state of mind.  The holidays can be hard if you are spending it alone. Surround yourself with positive friends and family that will aid in you smiling, laughing, and enjoying the holidays.

Do you know someone who will be spending the holidays alone this year?  If so, reach out to him or her and invite them to spend the holidays with you.
